Lubrithal Eye Gel is your first choice for dry eye problems. Lubricating properties are maintained for longer than with other lubricating fluids.
The active ingredient, Carbomer, is an inert substance which allows Lubrithal to maintain moisture without irritating the surface of the eye. Carbomers are small molecules which form cross links on contact with water and retain the water in the cornea for a period comparable to the natural tears.
